Common questions

I forgot my password / can't sign in

Eggbeater uses Sign in with Google or Sign in with Apple — there's no password. If you can't sign in, double-check you're using the same account you signed up with. If you previously signed in with Google and now sign in with Apple using the same verified email, we automatically link the accounts so your data carries over.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Settings → Account → Delete Account & Data. This permanently removes your sign-in and clears locally cached preferences. Tournament data shared with clubs is preserved (other admins still need it). You can also email hello@eggbeater.app and we'll process the deletion within 1 business day.

How do subscriptions and refunds work?

Paid plans are billed through Apple App Store, Google Play, or Stripe (depending on platform). Refunds for App Store / Play purchases are handled directly by Apple / Google — we don't have access to your payment details. Apple refund request · Google Play refund. For Stripe-billed plans (club admins), email us and we'll process a refund directly.

Scores aren't updating / app feels stuck

The fastest reset: Settings → Reset App Data & Reload. This clears the local cache without signing you out. If the issue persists during a live tournament, email us with the tournament code and we'll check the server-side state.

Add games to my calendar

On iOS: Schedule tab → Add to Apple Calendar (writes to your iCloud calendar). On any platform: Add to Google Calendar (sign-in + select calendar). Both keep games up to date as schedules change. See the Spectator Guide for details.

How do I report an accessibility issue?

Email hello@eggbeater.app. We aim to respond within 2 business days and resolve confirmed issues in the next app update. See the Accessibility page for what's currently supported.

How do I report a bug?

Email us with: device + OS version, what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot or screen recording is gold — they cut bug-fix time roughly in half.
